Fitness Club Membership

Our Fitness Club membership allows access to the Gym which offers running, rowing, cycling and cross training machines and cable and weight machines for conditioning all areas of the body together with a selection of dumbbells and kettlebells.

We are pleased to announce that the gym is now open. We have notified our current members and will continue to update them on developments. Please check out our code of Conduct.

Opening Hours 

MONDAYS to SATURDAYS 7am – 10pm
SUNDAYS 7am – 8pm

We are operating a mandatory online booking system & a link to access the system has been sent to existing members by email. If you have not received this link please contact us on:

When you make your first booking you will need to agree to the Gym Code of Conduct.

We require all Fitness Club members to complete a PARQ (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire) before engaging in any physical activity.
